Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, 32, confirmed to Insider that she and Roberts, who first met at Boston University, got engaged last month during a visit to her parents’ hometown in Puerto Rico. Sharing the news on Twitter, he expressed his gratitude for the good wishes he was receiving from his supporters.
